This document is an electronic record in terms of Electronic Transactions ACT number 19 of 2006 and the rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by Electronic Transactions ACT no 19 of 2006.

These Electronic records are generated by computer systems and don’t require any physical or digital signatures.

1. Introduction

Welcome to AGNARSL.com also referred to as “We”, “Us” or “AGNARSL”. We are an online e-commerce website, and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of AGNARSL.

By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms & conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these user agreements, please do not access, or register with us.

This site is owned by and operated by AGNAR SL private limited (PV00259560)

These terms & conditions will be reviewed, changed, added, and modified on a yearly basis by AGNARSL and their legal team without any prior notifications. Those changes will be effective when posted on the site with no other notice provided.

2. Condition of use

A. Your account

To access some of the services listed on our website, we may require that you create an account with us or provide personal information to complete the creation of an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification, password, account details, and related private information.

Please review our Privacy policy agreement. The personal information and data provided to us by you, or your use of the site will be treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy agreement and applicable laws and regulations. If you object to sharing information or using it in the manner specified in the privacy policy, please do not access, or use the site.

Please make sure that the details you provide us with are always correct and complete.

B. Communicating with us

You agree to understand and acknowledge that the site is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed at the price indicated therein at any time from any location using a payment method of your choice.

When you visit our site or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number when placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by email, SMS, phone call, or posting notices on the site or by another mode of communication we choose to employ. You consent to receive such communications from us with respect to your use of the website and agree to all modes of communication with the same importance.

C. Availability of the site

We will do our utmost to ensure that access to the site is consistently available and is uninterrupted and error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet and the nature of the site, this cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, your access to the site may also be occasionally suspended and restricted to allow repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restrictions.

3. Pricing/availability / and order processing

All prices are listed in rupees and united states dollars and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and are listed on the site by us. Items in your shopping cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product details page.

As we received your order, you will be informed by email or SMS, in case we are unable to process the order on turnaround time we will inform you by email or SMS. If such cancellation occurs on your prepaid orders our policies for the refund will apply.

Some of the products we have listed on site may take 4 days to prepare and dispatch. Hence, we would appreciate your patience until our confirmation email with dispatched details.

To avoid fraud with credit cards or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an indemnity, place of residence, or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such an inquiry will automatically cause the cancellation of the order withing a reasonable timeline. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspense a risk of fraudulent use of banking instruments or other reasons without prior notice or any subsequent legal liability.

4. Refund vouchers / promotional vouchers

Refund vouchers can be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of products from our website within given timelines.
Vouchers are not replaceable if expired.
Promotional vouchers may not be valid during sales or in conjunction with any special promotion.
A voucher will work only if the minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.

Refund policy / Return Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request as an email to return@agnarsl.com or on the website. Return request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We will arrange a pickup delivery service from our end. Please make sure you have the return tracking number to claim the refund.

Valid reasons to return an item

The Delivered product is damaged (i.e., physically destroyed or broken) / defective)
The delivered product is incomplete (i.e., has missing items and/or accessories).
The Delivered product is incorrect (i.e., wrong product/size/color or expired)
The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e., product not as advertised)

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered unworn.
The product must include the original tags, freebies, invoice, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.

NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund

Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

Change of mind is not applicable for the return or refund.

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete a refund will be issued based on our assessment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags intact. Any items found used will be rejected and returned to customers.

Candles / Bath and body health

Change of mind is not applicable for the return or refund

If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete a refund will be issued based on our assessment.

Please read the ingredients before you order the products, some ingredients might not be suitable for your health and skin conditions. This considers your negligence, and we will not be responsible for such incidents.

Digital / downloadable

Non-Refundable

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka having jurisdiction over the place on which our registered office is situated at the time of institution of legal proceedings.
